Chocolate Mug Cake - A Great Last-Minute Christmas Gift!

I admit it - the holidays completely sneaked up on me this year. We were able to get most of our Christmas shopping completed relatively quickly (thanks, Amazon Prime!) and found some absolutely adorable gifts for all of my nieces.

But, we all have that unexpected, last-minute, "Oh-my-goodness, how did I forget!?" gift situation. Prepare all you like, but when your cubicle neighbor shows up at your desk with a gift and you have not reciprocated, you need a quick, easy, and cute gift idea to return the sentiment.

I have the perfect idea for you! In fact, most of you probably have everything you need in your house already. If not, a quick trip to The Dollar Store will likely be all you'll need.

This mug cake absolutely delicious, but the best thing about it is that it will take you less than 10 minutes to put it together.

Here are the dry ingredients you will need for each bag:
- 4 Tablespoons Flour
- 4 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa

Simply put all the dry ingredients into a plastic bag (you can use a decorative bag, ziplock bag, or whatever suits your fancy), place the bag into a microwave-safe mug, and attach the recipe card to complete the gift. Feel free to decorate it with ribbon, tissue paper, or any other beautifying items you can think of.

Don't want to spend time writing out the instructions? Never fear - I've already made you a festive, printable recipe card to attach! Just click on the picture to get the full size download and print it. Voila! Gift complete!

I hope you love this idea and it has helped you in a gift-giving pickle this year! What are some of your best quick gift ideas?
