Monday Yums!

I hope you all had a fabulous weekend! Though my Steelers weren't victorious on Sunday, I still had a pretty great time. We had a few friends over to watch the Super Bowl and I just have to share the recipe of this AMAZINGLY delicious and super addicting appetizer that was brought over. I'm telling you, I couldn't stop eating them. Better yet, they are one of the easiest recipes I've ever seen.

These are great for a dinner party, potluck, or even just to make for a yummy snack. Thanks, Megan, for introducing me to Salami Cream Cheese Rollups. My life will never be the same!

Salami Cream Cheese Roll-ups

- Salami, cut into thin slices
- Cream cheese
- Crescent roll dough

1. Take a small amount of cream cheese and spread it onto the center of a piece of salami. Roll it up and secure it temporarily with a toothpick if you desire.
2. Remove the toothpick. Take a piece of crescent roll dough and wrap it around the salami to secure it. Repeat for each roll-up.
3. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 - 12 minutes (or until golden brown) at 375 F.
4. Allow to cool and devour!
