Monday Yums!

It's time for another fabulous "Monday Yums" recipe! I've been craving some delicious pasta salad lately, so I'm going to share my sister-in-law's AMAZING pasta salad recipe. It's always been a huge hit at potlucks and BBQs, so I highly suggest giving it a try.

One of the reasons I love this recipe so much is because it's incredibly flexible. You can add other things you like, remove the things you dislike, and really make it your own. So, go ahead - give it a try!

Sonja's Pasta Salad
(serves 6 - 8 people)

- 1 box of pasta (I like to use campanelle or penne, but you can use what you prefer)
- Italian dressing
- Sundried tomatoes (cut into small chunks)
- Black olives (sliced)
- Pepperoni (cubed)
- Broccoli
- Grated parmesan cheese

1.) Boil your pasta, drain, and pour your noodles into a large bowl.

2.) Add the other ingredients (except the dressing and cheese). The thing I love about this recipe is that you can add any amount of “extras”. I always add a lot of pepperoni and broccoli and do smaller amounts of the other ingredients. Like I said before, it’s your call.

3.) Once all the ingredients are added, slather it with Italian dressing. I usually use about half a bottle for this (sometimes more). Toss gently to coat all the pasta.

4.) Let it sit in the fridge for at least a few hours before serving. Right before serving, give it another little dose of Italian dressing, toss, and garnish it with grated Parmesan cheese on top.

5.) Enjoy!

It’s super easy and tastes great! I highly suggest this for a quick, go-to recipe for any get together. It's also one of those dishes that tastes even better the next day, so feel free to leave it overnight before serving.

I also want to let you all know that I’ll be posting details for my next giveaway later today, so check back soon for your chance to win a fabulous handcrafted wallet!
